Email address: hello@bloommenopause.co.nz
Dr Michelle Cliffe FRNZCGP NBChB is a registered medical practitioner.
This website provides information about Bloom Menopause Care, and allows users to book appointments. It also provides resources to inform people about healthcare and treatments related to menopause and perimenopause.
Payment terms
Payment must be made at the time of booking. Recurring cancellations or failure to notify may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
Cancellation policy
Advance cancellations: If you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours in advance, we offer a refund of the amount paid less a $20 administration fee. This is because we are charged fees by the third party provider who handles our payments. Please email us at hello@bloommenopause.co.nz with your name, appointment date and time to cancel your booking. We will require a bank account name and number for the refund and this may take up to three business days to process.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund unless we are able to rebook your appointment. This fee compensates for the time reserved and resources allocated.
