Appointments are available in person at our clinic in Nelson and Christchurch, or online for anyone in Aotearoa New Zealand seeking health care and support with perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms.

We also have intermittent in-person clinics in Auckland. Please email us for details of the next planned Auckland clinic.

Patients may self-refer to Bloom Menopause Care. GP referrals are also accepted but not required. All bookings are via this website.

We understand that life can be a juggle and we can offer online consultations in the evening or weekend by arrangement. Please email us at hello@bloommenopause.co.nz with your preference of time for this appointment option.

Prescription renewals

If you have had an appointment with Bloom Menopause Care within the last 12 months, we can renew your prescriptions.

The charge for this service when requested outside a consultation is $35.

Scripts will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

You may also wish to get your regular GP to issue your prescriptions once your treatment is established and stable.

Please include which items you are requesting and, importantly, which pharmacy you wish to pick up your medication from.

We will let you know by email if the prescription can be completed and an invoice will be emailed to you.
